You can manage your subscription on the Subscriptions page in Yandex.Passport. If this didn't help, contact us.

  1. Make sure you're using the right type of card. MIR, Maestro, and Visa Electron cards do not support automatic payments, so you can't pay with them.
  2. Make sure you correctly entered your card information, that the card isn't expired, and that you have enough money on your account. To verify bank cards, the service charges a small amount, which is immediately refunded.
