I didn't get the code to restore access
The restore access code is sent to the phone number that you linked to your account. If you can't access this number, then your password will have to be reset with the help of Support.
If you can access your number but you didn't get the code, try the following:
Restart your phone.
Make sure that “Yandex” has not been blacklisted.
