How do I set the cost of delivery?

Delivery costs can be passed in the price list or set in the Partner interface.

You must specify the data source on the Параметры размещения page in the Настройки menu in the Partner interface:

  1. Click the link изменить next to the parameter Стоимость доставки в своем регионе.

  2. The Информация о доставке page opens.
  3. Select one of the choices:
    • Данные в прайс-листе, if delivery cost information will be passed in the price list,

      or

    • Партнер Маркета, if delivery cost information will be specified in the Partner interface.

How do I set delivery costs in the price list?

Use the <local_delivery_cost> parameter for specifying delivery costs in the price list.

How do I set delivery costs in the Partner interface?

In the Partner interface, you can set a general cost for delivery, or the delivery cost for a separate category of products. This is necessary in the following cases:

  • Certain categories of products are delivered free of charge.
  • Different categories of products have different delivery costs.

In the Все товары row, in the first field, set the general delivery cost (for most products). If the delivery cost for a certain product category differs from the general delivery cost, set it in the first field in the appropriate row of the list of categories.

Attention! If you have just finished registering your store on Market and your price list has not been indexed yet, you can only set the general delivery cost in the Все товары row. After your store has passed verification, information about your store's product categories will be uploaded from your price list, and you can set the delivery cost for separate product categories.

Note. In order for product offers that are available for pick-up to be displayed correctly on Yandex.Market, you must set your points of sale in the Partner interface.

How do I set the availability of delivery or pick-up?

  • In the price list

    You can specify this information using the <pickup> and <delivery> elements.

  • In the Partner interface

    You can only set this information for specific cases:

How do I show that delivery is free for orders over a certain amount?

  • In the Partner interface

    If free delivery is available for products that cost more than a certain amount, select the value “бесплатная доставка” in the second field and put the amount in the third field.

    Example:

    Explanation: Delivery costs 500 rubles for most products in the online store, but is free for products that cost 3000 rubles or more.

    In this case, the delivery cost will be displayed on Market like this:

    • For all product offers priced under 3000 rubles, the delivery cost is 500 rubles.

    • For all product offers priced from 3000 rubles and up, free delivery is shown.

  • In the price list

    Use the <local_delivery_cost> element with the value 0 for product offers that are priced higher than the determined amount.

How do I show that delivery is not available for products that are more expensive than a specified amount (they must be picked up by the customer)?

  • In the Partner interface

    If products that cost more than a specific amount can only be picked up by the customer, select the “самовывоз” value in the second field, and enter the amount in the third field.

    Example:

    Explanation: Delivery costs 400 rubles for most products in the online store, but is not available for products that cost 20,000 rubles or more. These products must be picked up.

    In this case, the delivery cost will be displayed on Market like this:

    • For all product offers priced under 20,000 rubles, the delivery cost is shown as 400 rubles.

    • For all product offers priced from 20,000 rubles and up, only pick-up is shown and delivery is not available.

  • In the price list

    Use the <delivery> element with the value false and the <pickup> element with the value true for product offers that are priced higher than the determined amount.

Note. In order for product offers that are available for pick-up to be displayed correctly on Yandex.Market, you must set your points of sale in the Partner interface.

What should I do if the delivery cost is different for different areas of the city?

You should specify the maximum delivery cost in the city (or region) to avoid quality errors.

Our store has rush delivery - can we specify the cost?

A store can offer different types of delivery, such as regular and rush, but you can only set the cost for one type of delivery. We recommend using the cost for regular courier delivery.

How do I specify the delivery cost if the rate depends on different parameters?

If the delivery cost depends on different factors (weight, size, etc.), you should set the delivery cost for the minimal unit of goods.

For example, if a product is sold in boxes (the minimum unit of goods is one box), you should set the delivery cost for one box of products. If the product is sold by the kilogram, the delivery cost should be shown for 1 kg.

How can I make my product offers visible for other regions besides my own region?

On the Регионы доставки page in the Partner interface, select the regions that your store's products are delivered to. To get to this page, on the Параметры размещения page in the Настройки menu, click the link изменить next to the parameter Регионы доставки. After updating the data on Yandex.Market (within 2 to 4 hours), your product offers will be displayed in all the selected regions.

Attention! If your products are delivered to other regions, you must specify carrier information (the Доставка грузоперевозчикамиparameter on the Параметры размещения page).

Deliveries to other regions are made by a transport company. Can I set the cost of delivery to the transport company?

On the Информация о грузоперевозчикахpage in the Partner interface, you can mark the transportation companies you work with, and specify the cost of delivery to these companies — бесплатно or по цене доставки в своем регионе :

How do I set the cost of delivery to nearby regions outside of the ring road?

For example, the cost of delivery beyond the MKAD (Moscow ring road) or KAD (Saint Petersburg ring road) and so on.

Information about the cost of delivery beyond the boundaries of your own region should be given on your store's website. In addition, you can use the Дополнительный текст о доставке field in the Partner interface.

We have stores in other regions, but we can only set one region as our region. What should we do?

You should register a new campaign and set the region as the region the store is located in.

If the regional store is using a separate website or subdomain of the main site, specify it when registering the new campaign. You may not use the name of the main store's website.

If the main store and the regional store use the same website, use a prefix for the regional store when registering the campaign, such as spb.shop_example.ru, and link to the main store's website in the price list.

Attention! A campaign can only be created for a regional store if your store has a point of sale in the specified region with the offline store type and this retail store has at least 20% of your store's product range.
