Why doesn't my offer display in another region / doesn't display in Yandex.Market at all?

Possible causes:

  • In the price list, false is the value for the delivery, store and pickup elements.

  • Under the rate, “No courier delivery” is set or no delivery service is indicated and there is no customer pickup option in the region or it hasn't been set.

  • The “Weight”, “Weight and price”, or “Category and weight” rate is set, but the weight is not stated in the price list and there is either no customer pickup option in that region or it hasn't been set.

  • The To suspend the screening of the proposals option is enabled for that region.

  • The quality control staff have suspended displays of your offers due to errors.

How should I configure the delivery options if we use a delivery service's rates (which are not determined ahead of time) for regions, but want to make delivery free for XXXrubles and above?

  1. Under the Their rates tab, select one of the rates that are determined by product price: “Price”, “Weight and price”, or “Category and price”:

    • In the first line, enter to XXXrubles and select “No courier delivery”.

    • In the second line, enter  ХХХ rubles and above and select “Free”.

  2. Under the of Service delivery tab, select the delivery service that you work with.

With these settings, the delivery conditions that are displayed along with your offers look like this:

  • For products up to XXX rubles“Delivery period and cost are determined during order placement” and the delivery service is indicated in the block containing additional information.

  • For products XXX rubles and above — “Free, X days"”. In the block containing additional information, the same conditions and delivery service are indicated.

How should I configure the delivery options if we only deliver products that cost XXX rubles or more in the regions?

  1. Select the Price rate for one of the regions under the “Their rates” tab:

    • In the first line, enter to XXX rubles and select No courier delivery.

    • In the second line, enter ХХХ rubles and above and the delivery cost.

  2. Make sure that delivery services are not selected under the Service delivery tab. If some services are selected, un-check them.

With this setting, your offers will display like this:

  • Products costing XXX rubles or more will display on Yandex.Market in this region with the delivery period and cost indicated.

  • Products up to XXX rubles:

    • If you set the customer pickup option for that region, your offers will only display with that option (no courier delivery option will display).

    • If you do not set the customer pickup option, offers of up to XXX rubles will not display at all in that region.

What will happen if delivery services are indicated for a different region but the rates are not filled in or the rate contains the “No courier delivery” condition.

In this case the “Delivery period and cost are determined during order placement” message displays.

How combinations of settings work:

  • In a region where rates are not set or the “No courier delivery” option is selected  + delivery services are indicated, offers will display the “Delivery period and cost are determined during order placement” message.

  • In a region where rates are not set or the “No courier delivery option” is selected  + delivery services are not indicated, offers will either not display in that region or display along with the customer pickup option (if it has been set).

How are local delivery conditions displayed if they are indicated in both my profile and the price list?

If you set rates and delivery periods in your profile and also use either the delivery-options or local_delivery_cost / local_delivery_days element in the price list, then the data from your profile is the source for the delivery conditions that are displayed to users.

If you want to display delivery conditions from the price list, then you need to edit your rates on the Shipping options page and select the Use data from price list option.

Can I set delivery rates by brand or volume?

You can't directly set rates by brand or volume. Here are possible work-arounds:

  • Try using the “Category and price” rate as a substitute for brand (the cost of a given product may differ by brand).

Or make certain brands separate categories and use the “Category” rate. For example: make a “Smartphone” category with a delivery cost of 300 rubles and an “iPhone” category with free delivery.

  • Indicate in the element weight volumetric weight rather than physical weight.
