Verifying settings and delivery terms. Possible errors
We recommend that you check your offers on Yandex.Market (use the store filter to find them) and make sure that the delivery terms are displayed accurately. If something is wrong, check the settings in accordance with the recommendations provided below. If the delivery terms that are displayed on the service differ from the conditions that are displayed when ordering, an error may be recorded against the store.
An incorrect delivery period or cost is shown for an offer
If the rates for your region are published in the price list:
Make sure that the Use data from the price list option is selected in your personal account.
- Attention. If this element is not included in the price list and
availablehas the value
true, Yandex.Market will display a delivery period of 0–2 days.
delivery_options, verify the order time in the
order-beforeattribute and make sure that it is specified in the store's time zone.
Specify the business hours for your delivery service.
If the rates are configured in your personal account:
Make sure that the region does not include regions, districts, and municipalities with other rates and delivery periods.
Check to make sure that the If you order before field in the table of rates correctly specifies the time in the store's time zone.
Make sure that the
availableelement in the price list has the value
Specify the business hours for your delivery service.
Check the price list to ensure that it includes the correct product weight (if your rates are calculated by weight) and that the product is listed in the right category (if the rates are configured by category).
Two delivery methods are shown for an offer with the same price and delivery period.
If the rates for your region are specified in the price list, check the data in the
optionelement can only contain a single delivery method. If two
optionelements specify the same
daysvalues, then it means that you have specified the elements incorrectly (even if the
order-beforeattribute values differ).
Check the rates in your personal account. If two delivery methods have been configured (the Add option option was used at the time of configuration), they must have different delivery prices and terms. If both delivery methods have the same delivery price and term, then it means that you configured the settings incorrectly (even if you have entered a different time in the “When ordering before” field).
The offer has been dropped from Yandex.Market or has stopped being displayed in another region
falseis displayed for the

“No Courier Delivery” has been selected in the rate, delivery services have not been specified, and customer pickup has not been configured in the region.
One of the rates has been selected (“Weight”, “Weight and Price” or “Category and Weight”), but the weight is not specified in the price list and Customer Pickup has not been configured in the region.
The To suspend the screening of the proposals option has been enabled for the region.
Your offers have stopped being displayed on Yandex.Market due to errors that were discovered by the quality control service.
Verification by the quality control service
If the delivery terms that are displayed on the service differ from the conditions that are displayed when ordering, the following errors may be recorded against the store:
The error “Delivery regions have been configured incorrectly”
The store does not deliver the product to the region specified on the Shipping options page in your personal account.
The store employees instruct the customer to arrange their own delivery and reach an independent agreement with the transport company.
The error “Delivery periods and cost have been incorrectly specified”
The delivery period for the order turns out to be longer than what was specified on Yandex.Market.
The delivery cost for the order turns out to be greater than what was indicated on Yandex.Market.
How the verification is performed
The quality control service employee compares the delivery regions, cost, and terms that are published on Yandex.Market with data from the following sources:
The store site or price list
Store order confirmation received by the buyer
Information provided by the store employee (by email or phone)
An error is recorded against the store if:
The delivery cost and/or term are larger than what is advertised on the service.
There is no delivery service offered to the region in which the store's offer is being advertised.
Possible reasons for errors
Error related to the delivery region
- The condition “No Courier Delivery” has been specified for the region. However, certain services have been selected on the of Service delivery tab. As a result, the store's offers are displayed in this region with the note “Verify the delivery period and cost at the time of order”, and it is considered that delivery is offered to this region.
- When creating the delivery region the store failed to deselect the regions, districts, cities or localities in a particular region to which it does not offer delivery.
The delivery schedule has been specified incorrectly. Remember that the delivery period on Yandex.Market can change throughout the week depending on your delivery schedule.
The delivery terms for your store's region are configured at the same time in the price list in your personal account. (Yandex.Market shows the delivery period from your personal account if the Use data from the price list option is not selected).
The store specifies delivery data in the price list using the
delivery-optionselement, and the delivery period is specified for the entire price list. In practice, the store takes longer to deliver some products as opposed to others.
The delivery period depends on the category, but the delivery terms have not been specified for the product category (in this case the “Other Categories” group conditions will apply for this category).
A delivery period of one day is specified for an offer. According to the configured delivery schedule, the store dispatches orders seven days per week. In this case, if an order is placed on Friday, the store must deliver it on Saturday, and Saturday orders are dispatched on Sunday. If the store fails to make deliveries on the weekend and only delivers on weekdays, then an error will be recorded against it.
To correct the error, you need to adjust the delivery schedule and specify Saturday and Sunday as non-business days.
The delivery terms for your region are configured at the same time in the price list and in your personal account. (Yandex.Market shows the delivery price from your personal account if the Use data from the price list option is not selected.)
The store displays the delivery data found in the price list using the
delivery-optionselement, and the price is specified for the entire price list. In practice, the store charges more for shipping some products as opposed to others.
The cost of delivery depends on weight, but the weight is specified incorrectly or not at all in the price list.
The delivery cost depends on the category, but the delivery terms have not been specified for the product category (in this case the “Other Categories” group terms apply to it).
The price list specifies a delivery cost for the store's local region of RUB 300, but the price specified in the personal account is RUB 200. The store thinks that it has the right to deliver orders for RUB 300, but the settings in the personal account take precedence, so the shipping cost shown on Yandex.Market is RUB 200.
To correct the error, you must correctly specify the source of data for delivery rates for the store's local region.
