I don't know what the delivery period is in my region

You should use the “custom” status for those products. This status means that the delivery period will be agreed upon with the customer and that the maximum period for completing the order will not exceed two months.

  • If local delivery conditions are indicated in your profile, then use one of these methods:

    • Select “Custom” when setting your rate:

      This method only works if you can separate out products that have indeterminate delivery periods and group them by a common characteristic (weight, price, category, etc.).

    • Enter a delivery period in your profile that is realistic for the group of products as a whole and transmit the element in the price list for individual offers with indeterminate delivery periods available with the value false.

  • If local delivery conditions are indicated in the price list, use the corresponding element with an empty value / a value greater than 32.

I don't know what the delivery period is in another region

Set a rate for that region and select “Custom” in the time period field. This status means that the delivery period will be agreed upon with the customer and that the maximum period for completing the order will not exceed two months.

I don't know what the delivery rates are in other regions

If you don't have information about delivery rates in other regions, just enter the transport services you use. In this case, Yandex.Market customers in other regions will see that delivery is an option in their region and get a notification that they should clarify delivery conditions with the seller.

These settings are available for every region or group of regions under the Service delivery tab:

Select the Another service option if your service is not in the list.

Attention. If you don't set rates for regions and don't enter a delivery service, your offers will not display in those regions.
Note. If you know your regional delivery rates and have set them in the system, then you can also indicate what delivery service you use (although it is not required in this case).

There is no courier delivery in my region

Set local delivery conditions in your profile. You can indicate that courier delivery is not available for certain products using one of these methods:

  • Select “No courier delivery” when you set the rate.

    This method only works if you can separate out products that can't be delivered and group them by a common characteristic (weight, price, category, etc.).

  • Enter delivery conditions in your profile that are realistic for the group of products as a whole and transmit the element delivery with the value false in the price list for individual offers that can't be delivered.

There is no courier delivery in another region

Set a rate for that region and select “No courier delivery” in the cost field.

Attention. Check the Service delivery tab: if a delivery service is indicated there, but the rate contains the “no courier delivery” condition, then the courier delivery option will still display for products (without indicating specific delivery periods or costs).

How to disable courier delivery by region

In your profile there is an option to disable courier delivery by region. This option may be useful in the following cases:

  • If a store discovers a delivery error. In order for a store to continue posting its offers on Yandex.Market, it can disable delivery in the regions affected by the error until the issue is resolved.

  • If rates changed dramatically in a given region (because it takes some time to update them).

  • If a store doesn't want Yandex.Market to show that the courier delivery option is available in a given region for all products right away.

To disable the courier delivery option, go to the Shipping options page:

  1. Select the appropriate region.

  2. Check the To suspend the screening of the proposals box under the rates table.

  3. Click Save.

The results depend on whether customer pickup is available:

  • If customer pickup is available in the selected region, courier delivery will not display as an option for your offers in that region. Only the customer pickup option will display.

  • If customer pickup is not available in the selected region, then all your offers will stop displaying in that region.
