Repeated verification

If your store was declared a duplicate, there is no need to worry. It is in our own interest to have good stores on Yandex.Market, and we will do everything we can to resolve the situation. You can help by analyzing what might have been the reason that caused us to believe your store is connected to another store. Write to us about this, attaching copies of the specified documents for each case and including all necessary information.

Request for repeated verification

If you believe that your store was mistakenly put in a group of duplicates, send a request to repeat verification to the quality control team in a written letter with a seal and the signature of persons responsible for publishing offers and serving customers. Send a scanned copy of the letter to the Support service. Verification lasts 2 business days.

Attention! 

Results of repeated verification cannot be disputed until 90 days have passed.

Situations when the decision may be reconsidered

The decision that your store is a duplicate may be reconsidered if any of the following circumstances affected the decision:

Change in owner

You acquired a store or sold a store you had created to a new owner.

Provide copies of documents and the following information:

  • Contract of sale

  • Previous owner's OGRN

  • New owner's OGRN

  • Specify what transferred to the new owner: phone numbers, addresses of premises, and so on.

Separation from another store

  • The store was created by a previous employee of another store

    Provide copies of the following documents:

    1. First store's OGRN
    2. Second store's OGRN
    3. Charter documents (in certain cases)

  • Owners divided the business

    Provide copies of documents and the following information:

    1. Information about what transferred to which owner: phone numbers, addresses of premises, and so on.
    2. First store's OGRN
    3. Second store's OGRN
    4. Charter documents (in certain cases)

Matching addresses

  • Stores are located in the same shopping center

    Provide copies of documents and the following information:

    1. Store OGRN
    2. Exact address of the store indicating the office or pavilion number.

  • Store is located at an address where a different store used to be located

    Provide copies of the following documents:

    1. Lease agreement
    2. Store OGRN

Matching contact information

  • Phone number was recently acquired

    Provide copies of the following documents and information:

    1. Store OGRN
    2. Contract with the communications company

  • Manager was hired from another store

    Sales managers often move to a new workplace with their own client base and contact list.

    Provide copies of documents and the following information:

    1. Store OGRN
    2. Manager's contact information that was used at the previous job and carried with him

Using services of the same third-party organization

  • Shared IT company

    Multiple stores may be developed and promoted by the same IT company.

    Provide copies of the following documents:

    1. Store OGRN
    2. IT company OGRN
    3. Contract for website creation and promotion

  • Shared independent delivery service

    The store does not have its own delivery service, and it uses the services of an independent third-party company.

    Provide copies of the following documents:

    1. Store OGRN
    2. Delivery service OGRN
    3. Contract for delivery services
