Fees charged to stores

Attention! The fees listed below only apply to stores registered in Russia. For stores that are not registered in Russia, personal pricing programs are arranged. If your store is not registered in Russia, send email to sales@market.yandex.com to find out what fees apply to your store.

Fee for postpaid orders

The fee for postpaid orders is comprised of the sum of fees for every product in the order (there is no fee for delivery costs).

The minimum fee for offers participating in the “Yandex.Market Quick Order” program is 2% of the product price. A store may choose to raise the fee on their product offers (which has the effect of increasing their bid).

Fees are deducted from the store's advertising account in accordance with the following procedure:

  1. The fee is reserved on the store's account when the order status changes to PROCESSING.

  2. The fee is deducted from the store's advertising account when the order status changes to DELIVERY.

Funds are reserved in advance so that the store's account balance is not negative when money is withdrawn.

Fee for prepaid orders

If a customer pays right away when placing an order through the Yandex.Market Quick Order program, the store is not charged a fee for the order.

The store only pays a fee for payment processing: 2% of the total order cost (the product cost + delivery cost, but not less than 1 kopeck).

The fee for payment processing is withheld from the order total when the order status changes to DELIVERY.

Terms of charging fees when order is canceled

Fee for order:
  • Before the order status changes to DELIVERY — no fee.

  • After the order status changes to DELIVERY — fee is deducted and no refund is given even if the user later cancels the order or doesn't collect it.

Credit card payment processing fee:
  • Before the order status changes to DELIVERY — no fee.

  • After the order status changes to DELIVERY:

    • no fee if the customer or store cancels the order on the day when the order status changes to delivery

    • fee is deducted and no refund is given if the user or store cancels the order in the days following the order status change

Yandex.Money payment processing fee:
A fee is charged immediately after payment and no refund is given (regardless of the order status if and when it is canceled).
