Market for partners

General information

You can set up several separate campaigns in Yandex.Market with the same login name if you have multiple stores that offer different products or serve customers in different regions.

You can quickly assess the state of your campaigns on the Мои магазины page, where there is a list of all your campaigns with brief information for each of them.

The information for each campaign includes:

  • Магазин — Name of the store and campaign number. Click the store name to go to the Сводка page with more details for this campaign.

  • Статус — Your campaign is enabled or disabled. Here you will also see indicators reflecting your campaigns' states for quality, data, and payment. Detailed status explanations are given on the Сводка page.

  • Остаток — Funds remaining on the account, in Yandex units.

  • Пополнить — Add funds to the account for one or more of your campaigns. For more information, see the section How to make a payment.

Information about all important events related to publishing your stores on Yandex.Market is provided via notifications in the Partner interface and sent to the email address specified during registration.

The Сводка page contains information about your store.

Section 1

This section helps you assess the current state of your store on Yandex.Market. The color-coded indicators allow you to quickly notice if there are any problems.

  • Контроль качества — Brief information about your store's quality of service.

    No problems or errors related to quality.

    Non-critical quality issues were found. Some of the store's offers may be removed from publication.

    Critical quality errors were found. The store has been removed from publication.

    This section shows errors that occurred recently,the total number of reviews for your store, and your rating in stars.

    You can click the link with the number of reviews to go to the page with reviews in the Partner interface. You can click the отчет по качеству link to go to the report containing information about your store's quality of service, results of regular verification, and errors and problems found.

  • Управление ставками — Information on clicks from the placement locations you bid on.

    You manage your offers' placement positions.

    You do not use the feature for managing your offers' positions. Go to the Управление ставками menu to find out more about this.

    This section also provides information about money saved by using Autobroker.

  • Ассортимент — Information about the state of your price list. This section shows information about when the price list was last processed and the number of product offers you have on Yandex.Market at the moment .

    No errors in the price list.

    Non-critical errors found in the price list. Some of the store's offers may be removed from publication.

    Critical errors found in the price list. The store has been removed from publication.

    No price lists have been uploaded.

    Click the отчет по индексации link to go to the corresponding page.

  • Оплата — Information about the current state of your account, reserved funds, and a prediction of spending.

    The store is not scheduled to be disabled due to finances.

    The store might be disabled due to finances in the next 10 days.

    The store might be disabled due to finances in the next 3 days.

    There are no funds in your account. The store has been removed from publication.

    Funds are reserved for orders made by Yandex.Market customers using the Market Ordering program (the amount is shown in the Заморожено row).

    In this section you can immediately set the amount you want to add to the account and continue to payment. For more information, see the section How to make a payment.

Section 2

This section provides brief statistics for the last week:

  • The number of clicks on your store's offers.

  • How much was spent for clicks on your offers.

  • The total number of orders received by your store from Yandex.Market from the Market Ordering program .

  • The number of orders completed by your store for the “Purchase on Market” program .

  • The amount of the agency fee deducted from your store's advertising account for orders using the “Purchase on Market” program.

  • How many of your offers are published on Yandex.Market.

Sections 3-4

These sections provide information about clicks on your offers and how much was spent on them for various placement positions, as well as information about clicks on your store's most popular offers and how much was spent. Data is given for the previous day.
