delivery, pickup, store

If your personal account in the online store does not specify any points of sale, then only delivery options will be automatically shown for all of your offers.

If points of sale are specified, then the customer will be able to choose between delivery, pickup, or purchasing the item at the store without placing a pre-order.

In order to configure delivery, pickup, and purchase without pre-order for different products, use the delivery, pickup, and store elements.

Note. You can list two product offers with identical descriptions for the same product. One offer can list the price for ordering the product through the site, and the other can provide a different price for purchasing the product at a point of sale.

What the elements mean

Product delivery is defined by the delivery element. Product delivery available — true, product delivery not available — false.

Customer pickup is indicated using the pickup element. If the store allows customers to preorder the product and pick it up at a retail store — true. Otherwise, it is false.

Points of sale where the product is in stock and can be purchased without placing a pre-order are indicated by the store element set to true. If there are no points of sale, it is set to false.

Attention. If you assign the value true to the store or pickup elements, then make sure that you specify points of sale in your personal account. Otherwise you will receive an error when the price list is verified.

Default element values

For online store offers:

  • The default value of the delivery element is true.

  • If you specify a retail location (showroom or store) in your personal account, the value of the corresponding store or pickup element is true by default.

For offers listed by retail stores:

  • The values of the delivery and pickup elements are always false. (The retail store cannot change the values of these elements.)

  • The default value of the store element is true.

Using the delivery element for products that are not allowed to be sold remotely

Attention. For such products as jewelry and medicines, the delivery element must always be false (delivery is not offered).
