Until you set your own bids, all product offers will have the minimum click price.
You can set default bids. They will be applied to all product offers that do not have their own bid value set.
If you change the value of default bids, the change is automatically applied for all products that do not have their own bid. To manage these parameters, click the Ставки по умолчанию link on the Управление ставками page.
For products that you believe to be most popular, you can set product bids. These bids take priority over default bids, even if their value is lower. Changing default bids does not affect product bids.
To set a bid, find the appropriate products in the data uploaded from the price list. You can use the search bar labeled .
While you are entering a query in the search bar, the system selects bid recommendations for this product. It is best to enter a query for the most commonly used product name, to ensure the recommendations will be as accurate as possible. For example, most users search for “акустика KEF” , rather than “Комплект акустики KEF IQ90/IQ60c/IQ30 Walnut” , so the system will have a hard time selecting accurate recommendations for the second variation.
Click the Найти button to see search results. Results are shown in a table.
Marking selections lets you select products to set or change bids for. Marking is automatically set when working with bids. Clearing the selection cancels unsaved changes. After selecting the desired products, you can combine them in a group.
Bid status lets you find out whether the set bids were applied. A bid might not be applied if the product is not available or an error occurred. Click the status indicator to get the following information: bid status, date status changed, query for recommendations on Yandex search, and the group this product is a part of.
The status indicator can have the following statuses:
— bid was applied and is in use
— bid is being applied
— bid was not applied because the product is not available or an error occurred
If the bid was not applied and you get the Товара нет в индексе message, the product name was probably changed in the price list. A product with a changed name is interpreted as a new offer. So the bid that was set is no longer valid and is deleted after 30 days. You can search by keyword to find the offer with the changed name and set the bid again.
Product name — The name of your product offer with a link to your store's website.
The Группа (Group) parameter indicates which group the product offer belongs to. If you are already working with products from a group, this parameter is not displayed in the results table.
Ставка, у.е. — Current CPC. If the bid is not specified, the CPC corresponds to the default bid and is grayed out. If the product offer has not been published on Yandex.Market for 30 days, the product is assigned the default bid. Clicking the curved arrow to the right of the bid sets the default bid for the product.
The рекомендованные column may display an icon . It means the following:
A stop query is used. For this query, product offers from Yandex.Market are not shown on Yandex search (for example, for the query “Nokia” product offers are not displayed, because it uses the name of a brand and not a specific product offer) or the product offer's CTR is too low.
Product not found. The product is not currently published on Yandex.Market, or the product name was changed.
The position is unattainable because of regional delivery; offers from stores that provide courier delivery in this region are displayed first. So local stores often have priority in regional queries.
The position is unattainable because of the offer's low CTR; this offer does not have enough click-throughs relative to the number of displays.
The position is unattainable because a competitor is using the maximum bid.
The position is unattainable because the offer belongs to a category of Yandex.Market products that are not shown in Yandex search results (for example, products in the “Knife” category).
An error occurred during bid selection. Try again. If the error is repeated, contact the Support service.
If you set a bid for the top position or Guaranteed Placement, you should periodically check whether your bid is still appropriate. If your bid is not high enough for placement in the desired position, the recommended value for this position is shown in gray.
Место — Place to publish the product offer.
The место column can have one of these values:
Number from 1 to 5 — Position on the product profile.
Dash — Product is not in Guaranteed Placement.
Icon — Product not found or did not get into the product profile.

If you get the message “Товар не попал на карточку модели” when setting the bid for the product profile, check whether a product profile even exists for your product. To do this, you can search by a keyword in the product name on Yandex.Market. If the profile exists and your product is not related to it, you can send a request to the Support service to find out why this is happening. A product that is not related to a product profile does not appear in the Магазины рядом section on the profile page, or in the list of products on the Цены в интернете tab of the profile.
The section for automatic value substitution is located above the table with search results. You can use it to set recommended values or indicate a single bid for search results on the page:
On the рекомендованные tab, you can select the product position and set a reserve - the amount you are prepared to increase the bid by. The reserve is specified as a percent of the recommended bid. Once you set the reserve, you can go a long time without checking the bid's applicability or the cost of the position. In addition, you can restrict the maximum bid value for selected products.
On the same tab, you can specify the area to apply recommended bids — Yandex search, product profile, and set the bid in the не более _ у.е. box. Then click Указать — this automatically sets values appropriate to the specified parameters. Automatic substitution is performed for offers marked with selection markers, and only on the page you are on.
To set the same bid for multiple products at once, you can use the единая ставка tab. For automatic substitution, select the desired products, specify the bid for placement on search and on the product profile, then click Указать. If you check the по умолчанию box for the bid, this bid will be applied to the selected products by default.
After setting recommended values or a single bid, you can later change them manually or exclude certain products by unchecking the corresponding boxes. You can also delete bids (for search or just for the product profile) by clicking the arrow to the rightof the current bid. A product that has both bids deleted is removed from the group.
All changes will only be applied to product offers located on the current page.
After clicking Сохранить ставки, changes to bids are saved and will be applied after the next indexing. On average, it takes four hours to update bids.
If an offer was not uploaded to Yandex.Market for more than 30 days, the product is assigned the default bid, and the offer itself is removed from the group. This may also happen if the name of the product offer was changed in the price list; in this case, the system interprets the product as a new item. You can search by keyword to find the offer with the changed name and set the bid again.
