Collaboration with legal entities who are residents of Ukraine

Legal entities who are residents of Ukraine can work directly with Yandex Europe AG, the Yandex international service center (Switzerland), in accordance with the offer agreement.

Remuneration is paid in US dollars or euros to the bank account.

Submitting the application form

Fill out the application:

  • Country — Ukraine.

  • Partnership type: Legal entity.

    Restriction. If you want to change your partnership type, you need to register a new account and reset your ad code.

  • The name of the organization and the state registration certificate number.

  • First name, last name, email, and phone number of a person to contact regarding accounting matters.

  • Mailing address of the organization.

  • Bank details and information necessary for paying remuneration:

    • Payment currency.

    • Last and first name of the account owner in Latin characters.
    • SWIFT of the bank where your account is held.
    • Bank account number or IBAN (international bank account number).
    • Name of the bank where the account is held.
After the application is filled out, use the form below to send the scan or photo of your registration certificate or a copy of the abstract from the registry (must include an English translation) or a certificate from the bank that confirms you have an account for international transfers (must be in English).

You will be granted access to the YAN interface after submitting the application. This will let you create and place ad blocks. You will be notified via email as soon as we receive your documents and process your form. After the process is finalized, impressions and clicks on your website will be counted.

Remuneration payment

Legal entities receive remuneration in the manner stipulated in the offer agreement. Remuneration is received in US dollars or euros no more than once a month after reaching the threshold of 150 US dollars or 100 euros.

  • If you reach this amount in the current month, your remuneration will be paid within 20 business days of the following month.
  • If you don't reach this amount in the current month, your revenue for this month will be combined with the revenue for the following months until the threshold is reached. You will then receive your remuneration within 20 business days of the following month.

If your revenue exceeded threshold during the current month, you will receive a report on the upcoming payment via email at the start of the next month. If you found any mistakes in the report, please specify them in your response by email. After that all the documents will be available in the YAN interface on the Documents page.

If you fail to reach the threshold, a report will not be generated.

Taxes and fees

You have to pay all the taxes and fees stipulated by Ukraine law yourself.

The price changes depending on various factors, such as the type of product being promoted, ad relevancy and effectiveness, and actions performed by users on the website. Therefore, ad pricing is calculated on a case-by-case basis.

What is the procedure for receiving remuneration?

You can only start receiving remuneration once your agreement is approved by Yandex. You can track its status in the Documents section of the YAN interface.

Remuneration is paid each month provided that the total reaches at least 150 dollars or 100 euros, depending on the currency of your account. If you don't reach this amount in the current month, your current total will be added to your remuneration for the following month.

The payment procedure is as follows:

  1. If the threshold amount has been reached, a document listing the accrued remuneration is composed and emailed to you by Yandex within 7 workdays of the following month.
  2. Make sure to read the document. If you find any mistakes, please respond to the email and list them within 10 business days from the date when the document was issued. If Yandex doesn't receive an email describing the mistakes within the allotted time, the remuneration amount in the document will be considered final.
  3. You will then be paid within 20 work days of the end of the current month according to the information provided in your application.
I haven't received my remuneration

Your remuneration amount may not have reached the payment threshold of 150 US dollars or 100 euros. You can check on the Statistics page in the YAN interface.
