Collaboration with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of other countries
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of the other countrie must accept the Offer (for Kazakhstan, Armenia and other countries) to join the Yandex Advertising Network. The renumeration and settlement procedures are specified in the offer.

Filling out payment details and uploading document copies
We need your payment details and copies of the required documents in order to transfer remuneration. There are two ways to do this in the Yandex Advertising Network interface:

Open the dashboard and click Add payment details.
How it looks in the interface -
Go to Settings → Banking details, enter your information, and click Save.
Before filling out payment details and accepting the Yandex Advertising Network offer, a future partner granted a test period to configure and test the ad code. For more information, see Test period.

The name of the organization and the state registration certificate number.

Contact information of the organization's representative for accounting matters.

Mailing address of the organization.

Information required for the payment of remuneration:

Payment currency.

Last and first name of the account owner in Latin characters.

SWIFT code of recipient bank.

Bank account number or IBAN (international bank account number).

Name of the bank where the account is held.

Upload a scan or photo of the registration certificate or a copy of the extract from the registry (must include a translation into English). CIS residents can also send a bank certificate which lets them open an account for international transfers (must include a translation into English).
Remuneration payment and accounting documents
Legal entities receive remuneration in the manner stipulated in the offer. Remuneration is paid in US dollars, euros, Armenian drams or Kazakhstani tenge to the bank account. Payments are made no more than once a month after reaching the threshold specified in the offer.
You can only start receiving remuneration once your agreement is approved by Yandex. You can track the statuses of your documents in the Yandex Advertising Network interface by going to Extras → Documents.
The payment procedure is as follows:

If the threshold amount has been reached, the work completion certificate listing the accrued remuneration is created and emailed to you by Yandex within 7 workdays of the following month.

Read the work completion certificate. If you find any mistakes, please reply to the email and list them within 10 workdays from the date the certificate was created. If Yandex doesn't receive an email describing the mistakes within the allotted time, the remuneration amount in the document will be considered final. After that, all the documents will be available in the Yandex Advertising Network interface on the Documents page.

Payment will be made in the time indicated in the offer.
If you don't reach this amount, your revenue for the month will be combined with the revenue for the following months until the threshold is reached. The work completion certificate is not created.
Changing payment methods
To change bank details to receive remuneration, go to Settings → Banking details in the Yandex Advertising Network interface, update the information, and click Save. You don't need to change the bank name manually: when the BIC/SWIFT is changed, the name automatically changes in the system.
If you are a Yandex Games partner and need to change your banking details, please contact support.
Taxes and fees
You have to pay all the taxes and fees stipulated by the law of your country of residence yourself.
Terminating the agreement
The contract can be terminated. In that case, impressions on your resources connected to the Yandex Advertising Network will be suspended. As soon as the contract is terminated, you will no longer receive income from ads on your resources.
Note
A new contract can be concluded no earlier than one day after the old one is terminated.
