Collaboration with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of the Russian Federation

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of the Russian Federation must accept the Offer to join the Yandex Advertising Network. The renumeration and settlement procedures are specified in the offer.

Remuneration is transferred to your bank account in Russian rubles.

Filling out payment details and uploading document copies

We need your payment details and copies of the required documents in order to transfer payments. To do this, go to SettingsBank details in the Yandex Advertising Network interface and enter your details.

Note

  • Due to legislative changes effective January 1, 2025, some legal entities and individual entrepreneurs using the simplified taxation system (USN) will become VAT payers. When filling in your bank details, please specify the relevant VAT rate.

    You are required to inform Yandex of any changes to your VAT rate at least two business days before the end of the reporting month.

  • If the address of registration and actual residence is in a city of federal significance, enter only the Region when filling out the Region / Area / City / Locality section.

Before filling out payment details and accepting the Yandex Advertising Network offer, a future partner granted a test period to configure and test the ad code. For more information, see Test period.

Information required for remuneration payment
  • The organization's name and business type or information about the individual entrepreneur.

  • Taxpayer identification number (INN).

  • Bank details required to pay remuneration:

    • KPP.

    • BIC.

    • Bank account.

    • Bank name.

    • VAT rate.

  • Legal and mailing address of the organization.

  • Contact information of the organization's representative for accounting matters.

  • Full name and position of the authorized representative.

Remuneration payment

Legal entities receive remuneration pursuant to the offer. Remuneration is received in rubles no more than once a month after reaching the minimum threshold of 3000 rubles.

  • If you reach this threshold in the current month:

    • If you use the general taxation system, remuneration will be paid within 10 business days after Yandex receives the original documents.
    • If you use the simplified taxation system or tax on professional income, remuneration will be paid within 20 business days of the following month.
  • If you don't reach this amount in the current month, your revenue for this month will be combined with the revenue for the following months until the threshold is reached. You will then receive your remuneration within 20 business days of the following month.

You can only start receiving remuneration once your agreement is approved by Yandex. You can track the statuses of your documents in the Yandex Advertising Network interface by going to Extras → Documents.

General taxation system

  1. If the threshold was reached, then within 7 business days, Yandex will create and send templates for invoices, tax invoices, and work completion reports to the email address specified in the form on the Contact page. You can also find these documents in the Advertising Network interface: go to Extras → Documents.

  2. Read the certificate and send a response to Yandex within 10 business days from the date it was created.

    If there are no mistakes:

    1. Print out the certificate in duplicate.
    2. Specify the invoice number.
    3. Sign each copy.
    4. Scan one copy of the report and your invoice.
    5. Send an electronic copy of the signed report and invoice by email. You must also send the original report and invoice by post or courier.

    If you find any mistakes in the documents, please describe them in a letter and send this information by post or courier. Send a copy of the letter by email.

    VAT payers can receive remuneration based on electronic copies of the signed documents. To do this, send copies via the form below before the 12th day of the current month. Yandex will make payments provided no amount for any previous period is overdue based on original documents. The original documents must also be sent.

    Note

    Wait for Yandex to receive the documents before finalizing the transaction with the accounting department. If any discrepancies are found in the documents received by Yandex and the accounting department, no remuneration can be paid. You can track the original document delivery status on the Documents page.

  3. Yandex will sign the received copies of the certificate and return one of the signed copies to you.

  4. You will then be paid within 10 business days after processing your closing documents in accordance with the payment details specified in your application.

    If neither the copies nor original documents are processed before the end of the current month, the current reporting period will merge with the following calendar month. You will then receive a new set of documents for the combined period. You can track the statuses of your documents in the Yandex Advertising Network interface by going to Extras → Documents.

  • If you don't reach the payout threshold within the current month, your revenue will accumulate month by month until you reach it. You will then receive your payment within 20 business days of the following month.

Simplified taxation system

  1. If the threshold amount is reached, Yandex creates and emails a Certificate of services rendered to you within 7 business days of the following month. It specifies the amount of accrued revenue, including VAT at the rate you provided in the Yandex Advertising Network interface.

    Warning

    Due to legislative changes effective January 1, 2025, some legal entities and individual entrepreneurs using the simplified taxation system (USN) will become VAT payers.

    Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs whose revenue for 2024 exceeds 60 million rubles shall pay VAT, file VAT returns, and issue VAT invoices.

  2. Make sure to read the certificate of services rendered. If you find any mistakes, please reply to the email and list them within 10 business days from the date the certificate was created. If Yandex doesn't receive an email describing the mistakes within the allotted time, the remuneration amount in the certificate will be considered final.

  3. You will then be paid within 20 business days from the end of the current month according to the payment details provided in your application.

    If neither the copies nor original documents are processed before the end of the current month, the current reporting period will merge with the following calendar month. You will then receive a new set of documents for the combined period. You can track the statuses of your documents in the Yandex Advertising Network interface by going to Extras → Documents.

Self-employment tax

  • If you reach the payout threshold within the current month, you'll get paid within 20 business days the following month.

  • If you don't reach the payout threshold within the current month, your revenue will accumulate month by month until you reach it. You will then receive your payment within 20 business days of the following month.

The tax rate for Yandex Advertising Network partners is 6%.

For each revenue payment, self-employed individual entrepreneurs create receipts on their own in the Moi Nalog app. The tax amount payable is also calculated there.

How do I create a receipt?
  1. Open the Moi nalog app and go to the Earnings section.

  2. Click Add sale.

  3. Fill out the Price field.

  4. Fill out the Service name field. Include your contract's month, year, and number.

    For example: Provision of services for December 2020 under contract RS-123456-10/20.

  5. List the date of payment in the Sale date field.

  6. Select Legal entity or individual entrepreneur.

  7. Fill out the INN and Name fields:

    • Organization INN: 7736207543.

    • Organization name: Yandex.

  8. Click Issue receipt.

Changing payment methods

To change bank details to receive remuneration, go to Settings → Bank details in the Yandex Advertising Network interface and update the information. You don't need to change the bank name manually: when the BIC/SWIFT is changed, the name automatically changes in the system.

If you are a Yandex Games partner and need to change your banking details, please contact support.

Taxes and fees

The partners pay all applicable taxes and fees on their own.

To ensure accurate calculation of the remuneration for the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs using the simplified taxation system (USN), provide Yandex with the applicable VAT rate at least two business days before the end of the reporting month.

Can I use a facsimile signature for the documents?

No, Yandex doesn't accept documents with a facsimile signature.

What should I do if I changed my taxation system?

Please send a digital copy of the Federal Tax Service's notice confirming your transition to the new taxation system to our support team.

A certain amount is withheld from my remuneration according to a writ of execution even though I already paid off my debt

Yandex submits information regarding funds withheld under writs of execution to the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP). If your debt has been paid in full but deductions are still being made, please contact the FSSP.

I haven't received my remuneration

There may be several reasons for that:

  • Your remuneration hasn't reached the payout threshold of 3000 rubles. You can check this in the Yandex Advertising Network interface under Statistics.

  • Yandex hasn't received the original closing documents for the month. If you operate under the general taxation system, check the status of your documents on the ExtrasDocuments tab of the Yandex Advertising Network interface.

  • Yandex hasn't received the original contract, or the contract wasn't accepted. Check the contract status under ExtrasDocuments in the Yandex Advertising Network interface.

I use the simplified taxation system. Do I need to sign the certificate of services rendered and send you the VAT invoice?

You need to submit the certificate of services rendered and a VAT invoice if you operate under the simplified taxation system with VAT. Partners who operate under the simplified taxation system without VAT don't need to provide closing documents.

If you don't report errors within 10 business days of the date it was issued, the certificate of services rendered is deemed accepted. You will receive a digital copy of the certificate signed by Yandex via email no later than the 15th of the current month.

Can I create a certificate of services rendered using my own template?

No. You need to submit the certificate of services rendered that you received from Yandex by email. If there are any errors, please report them in your reply.

Can I submit only some of the required documents for the month?

No. Please submit all the required documents; otherwise, they won't be accepted. The required documents include a certificate of services rendered and a VAT invoice. If you operate under the simplified taxation system without VAT, you don't need to provide closing documents.

What is the deadline for submitting digital and original documents for the current month?

The deadline for submitting digital and original documents is specified in the email containing the certificate of services rendered (typically around the 12th of each month). You can submit the original documents until the end of the month. Yandex can't issue payouts without the original documents. If you don't submit the original documents, the amount will be added to your remuneration for the following month, and you will receive documents for the combined period.

Make sure all the documents are marked as accepted in Yandex before recording the remuneration amount in your accounting system. You can track the status of your documents under ExtrasDocuments in the Yandex Advertising Network interface.

Can I send you the original documents without emailing you the digital copies?

Yes.

I use the simplified taxation system. The accounting department doesn't accept my unilateral certificate of services rendered.

Issuing a unilateral certificate of services rendered under a contract is fully compliant with the Russian law. Such certificate contains all the required details listed in Section 9 of the Federal Law “On Accounting”, which means the accounting department is required by law to accept such a document.

Can I change the name of the service specified in the VAT invoice?

No, you can't change the wording in the documents.
