Rules for displaying native blocks in mobile apps

You need an invitation from a Yandex manager to access native advertising.

Native RTB blocks can be displayed only on mobile devices, in applications in strict compliance with rules and restrictions specified in this section.

General rules for the placement of native blocks

  1. It is necessary to place all mandatory block elements.
  2. The placement of any elements (mandatory and additional) is subject to all rules and restrictions specified in the Rules for using individual elements section.
  3. The ad block should not be fully clickable. Only those block elements can be clickable for which there is a respective specification in the Rules for using individual elements section.
  4. All block elements should be visible and easily discernible to users. The background image should not interfere with seeing text information, tags and alerts.
  5. No modifications are possible in links to any elements (link to the advertiser website, sitelinks and others).
  6. If an ad block is on a single screen, it should not be reloaded more often than once every 30 seconds.
  7. Clicking on the ad block must not be the only possible action on the page. It is not allowed to artificially reproduce impressions, clicks, calls and settings manually or using any automatic methods (for more information see participation rules).

Indication of an ad block

It is not allowed to modify text or a link provided by Yandex.

Age tags and other alerts (details)

No changes are possible in the text of alerts. Text alerts should not occupy less than 10% of the ad area (in accordance with the Federal Law “On Advertising”).

Ad block title (up to 33 characters, including spaces and punctuation marks)

The title should be clickable. The title text should not be cut and should be displayed fully.

Ad block text (up to 75 characters, including spaces and punctuation marks)

Text may not be modified, including the text's case. The ad text can be cut to 37 characters. The last visible word should be displayed entirely and followed by an ellipsis (...).

Image (details)

Images should be clickable. The image should not be expandable, but it should be possible to zoom it out without changing the proportions. No more than 25% of an image can be cut and only relative to its center.

Mobile application icon

The application icon should be clickable. The icon should not be expandable and cannot be cut, but it should be possible to zoom it out without changing the proportions.

“Сall to action” button

The call to action button should be clickable. You cannot modify the button text.

The domain should be clickable. The domain text cannot be changed but it can be cut to 20 characters. If so, it should be followed by an ellipsis (...).

The icon should be clickable. The icon size and proportions cannot be modified.

Application rating in the application store and number of ratings

No changes are possible in the rating and in the number of ratings.

Mobile application price in the application store

Price cannot be changed.
