Unit types
The unit type determines the ad's available formats and position on the page. The following unit types are available:

Banner units adapt to the size of their framing container. You can place the same unit on different versions of your site, and users will see it on all devices.

Fullscreen units occupy the whole screen. You need to create a separate unit for each version of your site.

Rewarded units occupy the entire screen. The user gets a reward for viewing the ad to the end. You need to create a separate unit for each version of your site.

Floor Ad units are fixed at the bottom of the screen on top of the site content. You need to create a separate unit for each version of your site.

Top Ad units appear on top of the site content at the top of the screen only on mobile devices.

Feed units appear as ad feeds that follow the main content of the page. You can place the same unit on different versions of your site, and users will see it on all devices.
Note
You can't change the unit type after it's created.
