Collaboration with individuals who are residents of Ukraine

You can start working with the Yandex Advertising Network through TDS Media if both of the following conditions are met:
- You work as an individual as a resident of Ukraine.
- You can receive payments in US dollars sent to bank accounts and payment services based in any country (except Russia, Belarus, Cyprus, UAE, or Saudi Arabia).

Remuneration payment and accounting documents
Individuals receive remuneration in the manner stipulated in the offer. Remuneration is received no more than once a month after reaching the threshold of 150 US dollars or 100 euros.
You can only start receiving remuneration once your agreement is approved by Yandex. You can track the statuses of your documents in the Yandex Advertising Network interface by going to Extras → Documents.
The payment procedure is as follows:

If the threshold amount has been reached, the work completion certificate listing the accrued remuneration is created and emailed to you by Yandex within 7 workdays of the following month.

Read the work completion certificate. If you find any mistakes, please reply to the email and list them within 10 workdays from the date the certificate was created. If Yandex doesn't receive an email describing the mistakes within the allotted time, the remuneration amount in the document will be considered final. After that, all the documents will be available in the Yandex Advertising Network interface on the Documents page.

You will then be paid within 20 workdays from the end of the current month according to the payment details provided in your application.
If you don't reach this amount, your revenue for the month will be combined with the revenue for the following months until the threshold is reached. The work completion certificate is not created.
Taxes and fees
You have to pay all the taxes and fees stipulated by Ukraine law yourself.
Terminating the agreement
The contract can be terminated. In that case, impressions on your resources connected to the Yandex Advertising Network will be suspended. As soon as the contract is terminated, you will no longer receive income from ads on your resources.
Note
A new contract can be concluded no earlier than one day after the old one is terminated.
