Granting access to a site
You can grant any user access to your sites in the Yandex Advertising Network interface. Users with the Partner's assistant role can:
- View statistics for all sites and ad units they have access to.
- Create and save custom statistical reports.
- Edit a specific site and its ad units if this option is enabled.
To grant access:

Go to Websites Ads → Sites.

Click Edit next to the site.

Go to Access and follow the steps based on the user's status in the Yandex Advertising Network.
Registered with the Partner's assistant role
Enter the desired username and click Add.
Registered without the Partner's assistant role
Enter the desired username and click Add.
The user will be sent an email containing an invitation link to become an assistant.
Not registered
Enter the user's email address and click Add.
The user will be sent an email containing an invitation link to register with the Yandex Advertising Network with the Partner's assistant role.

To allow your assistant to change your site settings, create and customize ad units, select Allow editing of the site.

Click Save.
After an invitation is sent, its status will appear in the Yandex Advertising Network interface. If necessary, you can resend the invitation.
Note
To configure access for the added assistant, select Can view or Can edit next to their username.
