YAN helper bot
The helper bot makes it easier for Telegram channel owners to work with the Yandex Advertising Network and manage monetization. You can find it here: https://t.me/yandex_ads_helper_bot.
It's your assistant right in the messaging app. The bot lets you handle some tasks from the YAN interface directly inside Telegram. It takes care of the routine ad setup and guides you every step of the way.
Warning
You don't need to add the YAN helper bot to the channel. It functions as an interface, not a regular Telegram bot.
Here's what you can already do with the helper:

Register and connect your Telegram channel to the YAN.

Set up monetization — choose an ad serving strategy and set your CPM (cost per 1000 impressions).

Quickly start auto-selecting and publishing ads if the channel is monetized only through the auction model. Select the Publish ad post command in the bot.
How it works
Go to the bot, click Publish ad post, and select the channel where you want to publish the ad. This will initiate ad selection.
If publishing is available and all conditions are met, the ad will be posted immediately, and you'll receive a notification. If something goes wrong, the bot will specify the reason. The system performs the following checks:
- Confirm the channel has an active YAN bot.
- Check for any ads posted within the time slot.
- Check if the previous post is an ad from the YAN.
- Verify that the Telegram channel is active.
- Check if the daily or weekly post limit has been exceeded.

View channel statistics — revenue, impressions, clicks, and CPM.

Analyze your audience: gender, age, geography, and income.

Create texts and digests in your channel's style using AI and generate images for posts.

Frequently asked questions
Who can post ads using the helper bot?
Partners who are residents of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Türkiye can post ads via the helper bot if their channels only have the auction monetization model enabled.
For channels using the marketplace or mixed monetization model, this feature is unavailable.
Why aren't all my channels showing up when I try to make a post via the helper bot?
The bot only shows channels that have button confirmation for posts. This requires the channel to have the auction model enabled. Channels using the marketplace model don't appear in the list.
What should I do if the helper bot fails to create a post and displays an error?
Carefully read the message from the bot: it always specifies the exact cause of the problem. For example: "Channel inaccessible via link", "Daily limit reached", or "Most recent post is an ad".
Fix the issue, then try again shortly.
