  • The exact model number of your device.
  • Your device's operating system version. You can find it in the device settings.
  • Yandex.Navigator's version. To find it, tap and select About this app. The app version is listed under the name.
  • The UUID (the app installation ID).To find it, tap and select About this app. Tap the Yandex.Navigator logo 5 times to copy the UUID to the clipboard, and then you can paste it into the text of your request.
  • Travel time.
