Correct a route error

You can report inaccuracies on the route. After your correction passes moderation, the changes will apply in the app.

To correct an error when creating a route:

1. Create a route.

2. When building a route, tap and select Report an issue.

3. Select one of the following:

   • Route inaccessible by transport: to indicate a section that can't be accessed by transport.
   • Add item to map: to indicate a place that's missing.
   • Better route available: to draw a more convenient and faster route.
   • Other: to add a comment on the route.

4. Enter the information about the inaccuracy and tap Submit.
