Account diagnostics

The diagnostics data contains information about your settings and the last actions you took using the system. Customer support may ask you to send this data in order to determine what is causing the problem. During the diagnostic process, only technical information is gathered; your personal information is not recorded or transmitted.

To get diagnostic data:

  1. Go to the Yandex Music page where the problem occurs. Reproduce the problem.
  2. Run diagnostics:
    1. Click on your account portrait in the upper-right corner.
    2. Select Diagnostics in the list.
    3. Copy the text from the field that appears.
Note. To get accurate diagnostic data, gather it within five minutes of reproducing the problem.
