Problem with subscription payment
You can find solutions to this problem in the section I paid for a subscription, but it doesn't work. If these recommendations don't help, fill out the feedback form below. Enter your username and describe the actions you took in order.
- In the web version of Yandex.Music — review the recommendations in the Cancel subscription section.
- In the app — review the recommendations in the Yandex.Music Help for mobile devices: iOS, Android, Windows Mobile.
- Through a mobile operator — cancel your subscription at the operator's office or in your personal dashboard on the operator's website.
If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or on Google Play, you can cancel it there even after you delete your account.
