How you unsubscribe depends on how you subscribed to the service:
  • In the web version of Yandex.Music — review the recommendations in the Cancel subscription section.
  • In the app — review the recommendations in the Yandex.Music Help for mobile devices: iOS, Android, Windows Mobile.
  • Through a mobile operator — cancel your subscription at the operator's office or in your personal dashboard on the operator's website.

If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or on Google Play, you can cancel it there even after you delete your account.

All music on the service is hosted in accordance with license agreements with the copyright holders. If you can't find the tracks you are looking for, it means that they were not included in any contracts. Additionally, part of the catalog is only available to users who paid for a subscription, as stipulated by the rights holders.

Yandex is always attempting to expand its music catalog and tries to get as many rights holders involved as possible. Let us know what music you would like to hear on the service, and we will try to get the rights to host it. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that we will acquire those rights.

Tip. To find out when new tracks from your favorite artist are available in the service, add the artist to your music library.

All music on the service is hosted in accordance with license agreements with the copyright holders. If you were not able to find an artist, track, or album that was previously available, it probably means that their agreement with Yandex.Music has ended, or the track violated copyright.

If tracks in your music library are gray, it means that Yandex.Music's rights to use them have expired. We will do everything we can to negotiate these rights with the copyright holders of the music in question. Let us know what music you would like to hear on the service, and we will try to get the rights to host it. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that we will acquire those rights.

The Yandex.Music catalog contains albums and the descriptions that copyright holders give them. We make sure that the information posted is accurate and that tracks don't contain any misrepresentations and are not damaged.
