I paid for a subscription, but it doesn't work

Your subscription will only apply to the account that you used to pay for it. Make sure that you are logged in to the same account that you bought a subscription using. To see which account you are using in the app, tap in the upper-left corner of the screen and then tap your profile photo. If you don't remember your account username or password, follow the recommendations in the I forgot my username or password section.

If you are using the correct account but your subscription isn't working, please contact customer support. Attach your subscription payment confirmation and a screenshot of your Profile. We will look into your situation and restore your subscription for the period you paid for.
