Problems playing music
- I listen to the web version of Yandex.Music via a mobile browser
The web version of Yandex.Music is not intended for listening via mobile browsers. If you often listen to music using your mobile device, install the Yandex.Music app.
- I use mobile Internet for listening
Make sure that you haven't exceeded your internet traffic limits. To listen to music over the mobile internet, it's best to have a limitless data plan. If you can't connect to a limitless plan, we recommend downloading music to your device over Wi-Fi and then turning on offline mode in the app when you leave the house.
- I listen to music in power-save mode
Disable power-save mode and any power saving programs.
