Tracks that I downloaded disappeared
- Make sure that you used the same account to log in to the app that you downloaded the tracks using. To see which account you are using in the app, tap
in the upper-left corner of the screen and then tap your profile photo. When you log in using a different account, all tracks that were downloaded using the previous account will be erased from your device's memory.
- Make sure that you have a current subscription. To see when your subscription expires, go to in the upper-right corner, then tap
in the upper-left corner, then tap your profile picture.
- Make sure that you downloaded tracks to this device. If you use the same account on different devices, tracks you download are not synced between them. Tracks are saved on the device you download them to.
