I paid for a subscription and it doesn't work
Try solving the problem yourself:
- Log out of the app and log in again.
- Make sure that you are logged in to the same account that you bought a subscription using. If you use several accounts in the app, try logging in using each account.
- In the upper-right corner of the My music screen, tap . Tap Restore purchases in your profile. After you check this, your subscription will restore automatically.
If you weren't able to restore your subscription, write to customer support. Attach your subscription payment confirmation and a screenshot of your Profile. We will check to make sure that the service has not been provided and restore your subscription for the paid period.
We can't, however, guarantee that Apple will restore your purchase and accept payment.
