If you accidentally used two different payment methods or paid for a subscription for different accounts, please contact customer support.

Add a screenshot of the Subscriptions screen that shows your current subscriptions. Read the Apple user documentation to find out how to get to the Subscriptions screen.
- Subscription paid in web version of Yandex.Music
Add a screenshot of your bank statement that shows the following information:
- A portion of your card number — the first 6 and last 4 digits
- The payment date
- The recipient of the payment — Yandex.Music
