I was charged twice

If you accidentally used two different payment methods or paid for a subscription for multiple accounts, contact customer support.
Subscription paid in App Store

Add a screenshot of the Subscriptions screen that shows your current subscriptions. Read the Apple user documentation to find out how to get to the Subscriptions screen.

Subscription paid in web version of Yandex.Music

Add a screenshot of your bank statement that shows the following information:

  • A portion of your card number — the first 6 and last 4 digits
  • The payment date
  • The recipient of the payment — Yandex.Music
Subscription paid in Google Play

Add an order number or screenshot of the Google Play email you received with your order number.

Subscription was paid using a bank card in the web version of Yandex.Music or the app

Add a screenshot of your bank statement that shows the following information:

  • A portion of your card number — the first 6 and last 4 digits
  • The payment date
  • The recipient of the payment — Yandex.Music
Subscription paid in the Microsoft Store
  1. In the email with your subscription confirmation, tap Order information. Wait for the PDF to download.
  2. At the bottom of the file, copy the order number from the link in the 1111-dgh1-ghh3gf-ghd1-ghh3gf format and add it to the feedback form.
Subscription was paid using a bank card in the web version of Yandex.Music or the app
