- Sync your library: open the Playlists section and pull the screen down. If you added playlists in the app and can't find them in the web version of the app, it might be because your playlist has not synced yet automatically.
- See if the tracks you can't listen to are marked with . This icon means that the period of the license agreement between the copyright holder and Yandex.Music has expired.
