Problems with promo codes

If you can't activate a promo code, find the promotion conditions and check the expiration date.

Certain types of promo codes can only be activated on the site. If the promo code's expiration period hasn't ended, but an error occurred in the app when you tried to activate it, enter the promo code in the web version of Yandex.Music. Make sure that you are using the same account as you are in the app.

If you can't use an active promo code on the site or you have some other problem, email customer support. Enter your username and describe what you did, step by step.
