If you accidentally used two different payment methods or paid for a subscription for different accounts, please contact customer support.
- Subscription paid in Google Play
Add an order number or screenshot of the Google Play email you received with your order number.
- Subscription was paid using a bank card in the web version of Yandex.Music or the app
Add a screenshot of your bank statement that shows the following information:
- A portion of your card number — the first 6 and last 4 digits
- The payment date
- The recipient of the payment — Yandex.Music
