The Chromecast icon is not displayed

  • Make sure that all your devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Clear any of the app's saved data from your device's memory and restart the app.
  • Update your app.
  • Update your Chromecast device.

If you are using the latest versions of the app and Chromecast on the same Wi-Fi network but don't see the icon in the playe, please contact the support service.
