Tracks that I downloaded disappeared
- Make sure that you used the same account to log in to the app that you downloaded the tracks using. To see which account you are using in the app, go to My music in the upper-right corner and tap . When you log in using a different account, all tracks that were downloaded using the previous account will be erased from your device's memory.
- Make sure that you have a current subscription. To see when your subscription expires, go to My music and tap .
- Check your cache settings Downloaded tracks are saved in your device's cache. If your app has a program that clears the cache, add Yandex.Music to the program's exceptions.
- Make sure that you downloaded tracks to this device. If you use the same account on different devices, tracks you download are not synced between them. Tracks are saved on the device you download them to.
