The AI assistantβ is powered by Yandex Neuro Ads. Its capabilities are limited for now, but the system is continuously learning, and new features will be added over time.

The AI assistant is still in beta testing and available only to some users right now. It will roll out to all accounts later.

To start a chat with the AI assistant, tap on in the bottom panel.

What can the AI assistant do?

Create a campaign

In the Yandex Direct mobile app, the AI assistant can set up and launch a Quick start campaign. Here's how it does this:

  • Asks questions about your business so it can create an effective promotion.
  • Generates relevant ad texts and images.
  • Creates a landing page if your business doesn't have a site.
  • Answers any questions about Quick start in the chat.
  • Brings in a support agent if you have a question it can't answer.

To create a campaign:

  1. On the Campaigns screen, tap in the bottom right, then select Using the AI assistant. You can also use a prompt template in the chat with the AI assistant.
  2. The AI assistant will ask a few questions about your business — answer them right in the chat. Your answers will then be used to generate texts, images, and a landing page.
  3. If needed, ask additional questions.
  4. When you're done, review the settings and launch your campaign.

Working with reports

Use the AI assistant to check your campaign statistics and specific metrics, or jump straight to the report in the Report Wizard. The AI assistant will build a report with pre-selected dimensions, metrics, and filters. If you don't have time to analyze the full report, the AI assistant can generate a quick summary.

Open the chat with the AI assistant and ask a question about your campaign performance. The AI assistant will fetch the data and display it right in the chat. From there, you can refine your question or click Go to report.

Manage chats

Your chats with the AI assistant are saved. You can create new chats, go back to previous ones, or contact support via the AI assistant.

Create a new chat

To start a new chat, tap on in the upper-right corner.

Find or delete a chat

To view your chat history, tap on in the upper-left corner. From the list, select the chat and tap on to delete it.

Contact support

To contact Yandex Direct support, tap on or type "Let me talk to an agent" or something similar in the chat. The AI assistant will connect you to a support agent.
