# 用户行为回放常见问题解答

Session Replay 每天可以录制[一定数量的会话](https://yandex.com/support/metrica/zh/webvisor/requirements.md#4)。 该系统通过录制全天的一系列会话来提供代表性样本。

过短的会话可能不会被录制。 例如，如果用户在 Session Replay 有机会传输会话录制之前关闭选项卡，则可能会发生这种情况。

由于网络问题（例如连接速度慢）或由于程序阻止 Session Replay 工作，某些访问可能不会被计算在内。

对任何网站的访问中都可能有一定比例的访问不显示任何活动。 发生这种情况的原因可能是会话期间页面实际上没有任何反应，也可能是无法录制活动。

页面没有任何反应的原因：

- 网络爬虫访问了您的网站。
- 当浏览器恢复用户之前的会话时，您的页面将加载到选项卡中。

未录制活动的原因：

- 该代码片段不支持 Session Replay。 在[计数器设置](https://yandex.com/support/metrica/zh/webvisor/settings.md)中启用 **Session Replay**，并更新网站页面上的代码片段。
- 用户没有等待页面加载便离开了页面。
- 用户使用的浏览器不支持录制。
- 用户使用非标准设备浏览页面。
- 用户的连接速度较慢，因此录制未发送到 Yandex Metrica。
- 用户正在运行可能会阻止 Session Replay 工作的程序。
