# 未定义

有时，Yandex Metrica 报表中会出现**未定义**行。 这表示报表中所选维度的某些细分没有数据。

数据缺失的原因可能包括：

- 没有数据；
- 数据未传输至 Yandex Metrica；
- 数据不足，无法确定；
- 技术问题。

如果**未定义**行对查看统计信息没有用处，通常会将其隐藏。

以下列出了报表中出现**未定义**行的一些最常见情况。

## 缺乏数据 {#no-data}

如果没有数据，可能会出现**未定义**标签。

**示例：**

您正在使用显示三个路径层级的**着陆页**维度，而用户导航到的页面地址只有两个路径层级：

```httpget
https://example.com/level_1/level_2
```

该报表将显示以下数据：

- Landing page, level 1 - `level_1`。
- Landing page, level 2 - `level_2`。
- Landing page, level 3 - `Undefined`。

## 数据不足，无法确定 {#enough}

在某些维度（例如**性别**或**年龄**）中，必须积累足够的数据才能确定其属于特定的细分类别。

此类别还可能包括浏览器：如果 **浏览器**是新的或罕见的，则可能没有足够的数据对其进行分类。

## 技术问题 {#tech}

由于技术问题，数据可能无法传递：

- 在网站端。 例如，使用非标准版本的标签代码时，数据可能无法正确传输。 因此，在某些维度中，**未定义**行会出现。
- 在您网站的用户一侧。 例如，当使用无法传递所有数据的过时或非标准浏览器时，或者当网络稳定性和速度出现问题时。

## 数据未传输 {#transfer}

数据缺失的最常见原因是未传输到 Yandex Metrica。

一些 Yandex Metrica 维度（例如，**目标**、**E-commerce**、**事件参数**、**会话参数** 或 **UTM 标签**）依赖于从您的网站传输的数据。 为了让这些维度正常工作，数据必须从网站传输并实际存在。
