# 删除数据

您可以删除所有 Yandex Metrica 计数器以及 Yandex 存储的计数器收集的所有数据。除了删除所有已编译的统计数据外，所有目标和细分也会被删除。

删除数据：

1. 打开页面 [Your data in Yandex](https://passport.yandex.com/profile/data) 并输入您在 Yandex Metrica 中使用的 Yandex ID。 要登录，请输入通过短信发送到与此 Yandex ID 绑定的电话号码的验证码。
1. 在 **Deleting data** 下，选择 Yandex Metrica。
1. 在打开的窗口中点击 **Delete**。 如果您改变主意，不想删除数据，请点击 **Cancel**。

数据删除后，任何人都无法访问它，Yandex 也会停止使用它。

您可以在删除后 14 天内恢复计数器和数据。 为此，请联系支持人员。 14 天后，数据将无法再恢复。
