# 计数器访问权限
您可以授权其他 Yandex Metrica 用户在计数器编辑页面上查看您的网站统计数据。

无论用户的访问级别如何，他们必须[注册并登录 Yandex](https://yandex.com/support/metrica/zh/quick-start.md) 才能查看统计数据。

**Access** 选项卡最多显示 2000 个单独的访问权限。 您可以通过 [Access Management API](https://yandex.ru/dev/metrika/ru/management/openapi/grant/grants) 查看完整列表。
## 访客访问权限 {#guest}
要授权其他 Yandex 用户访问您的统计数据：
1. 转到 **Settings** → **Access**。
1. 在 **Individual access** 下，点击 **Add user**。
1. 在打开的窗口中，输入要授予访问权限的用户名。 在下拉列表中选择访问级别：
- **View**：用户可以查看计数器的设置和统计数据并保存报表，但不能管理计数器访问权限、[目标](https://yandex.com/support/metrica/zh/general/goals.md)和细分。
- **Can edit**：用户可以完全管理计数器，但无法删除它或将其移动到其他帐户。
- **Analytics**：用户可以创建目标和细分并保存报表，但不能在计数器设置或已保存的细分、目标或报表中编辑任何内容。

## 公共访问权限 {#public}
您可以向任何获得授权的 Yandex 用户提供统计数据访问权限。 为此，请转到 **Access** 并启用 **Public access to statistics** 选项。 您将看到一个带有 URL 的框，用于查看此计数器的统计数据。
如果您在网站上安装了 [Yandex Metrica informer](https://yandex.com/support/metrica/zh/general/counter-general.md#informer-set)，则您可以通过点击它来访问公开统计数据。
查看可公开访问的统计数据的用户将看不到以下数据：
- 搜索引擎。
- 关键词。
- 组报表：Yandex Direct、E-commerce、端到端分析和内容分析。
- 以下报表：**Users and customers**、**User parameters** 和 **Conversions**。
- [Session Replay](https://yandex.com/support/metrica/zh/webvisor/info.md) 会话回放。
- 报表中的目标选择。
## 代表访问权限 {#agents}
代表功能专为那些希望以平等的权限协作管理不同帐户（用户名）的 Yandex Metrica 计数器的用户而设计。
要切换到代表帐户，请在页面右上角选择登录，然后点击 **Representative accounts**。

作为 Yandex Metrica 帐户的所有者，您可以向拥有 Yandex 用户名的任何人授予您帐户的代表访问权限。 代表拥有查看、编辑和删除帐户中任何计数器（包括访客计数器）的完整权限。

代表无法查看 Telegram 中的每周报表。 但拥有[访客访问权限](https://yandex.com/support/metrica/zh/general/access.md#guest)的用户可以连接这些报表。

添加新代表：
1. 转到 **Account settings** 页面并打开 **Representatives** 选项卡。
1. 点击 **Add representative**。
1. 在字段中，输入您要授予访问权限的用户的用户名。
1. 保存更改。
要编辑访问权限，请点击 。 要撤销访问权限，请点击 。

## 恢复对计数器的访问权限 {#recovery}
选择情况：

如果您在第一次尝试时无法恢复访问权限，请尝试拼写密保问题答案的其他方式或更改键盘布局。 您可以尝试其他恢复选项，例如备用电子邮件地址或向您的手机发送免费短信（如果您之前在帐户设置中指定了手机号）。
如果您无法恢复密码，支持服务可以[将您的计数器转移到其他用户名](#move)。

## 将计数器转移到其他帐户 {#move}
要将计数器转移到其他帐户，请选择适当的情况：

1. 在 **Settings** 中，转到 **Counter** 选项卡并点击 **Transfer to another account**。 按照打开的窗口中的说明进行操作。

1. 填写[此表单](https://metrica.yandex.com/counter-transfer/)。 如果计数器仅跟踪您在 Yandex Webmaster 中确认的网站，则该计数器将被转移。
