Error Advice
The session cannot be replayed. The session could not be recorded for technical reasons.
Session Replay was launched incorrectly. Session Replay could not record a session because of invalid HTML on the site (for example, no body element). Check the source code of the pages on your site.
The session could not be recorded.
You have exceeded the time limit for storing recordings in Session Replay. Data is stored for 15 days, including the current day. The 15-day storage limit has been exceeded.
Session processing timed out. Try refreshing the page. Try to replay the session later.

Do the following:

  • Clear the browser cache.
  • Disable all plugins and browser extensions.
  • Delete the browser cookies.
  • Check the firewall settings. It's possible that the firewall is blocking the Yandex.Metrica tag script. The tag also could be blocked by the Adblock Plus extension.
