# Acesso à tag

Se não foi possível restaurar o acesso na primeira tentativa, tente outras formas de soletrar a resposta à pergunta secreta ou mude o layout do teclado. Você pode tentar outras opções de recuperação, como um endereço de e-mail secundário ou um SMS gratuito para o seu celular, caso tenha especificado o número anteriormente nas configurações da sua conta.
