How Yandex.Metrica collects data about Yandex events
Yandex services send information about user interactions with your organization to Yandex.Metrica. To collect this information, Yandex.Metrica uses an auto-generated tag. It is linked to your organization in Yandex.Business.

Access to statistics in Yandex.Metrica
The organization's owner and their representatives in Yandex.Business have guest access to view statistics. Tag editing access is not available.
To grant tag access to another user, give them representative access to the organization in Yandex.Business. Access to the tag in Yandex.Metrica appears within a day.
You can view statistics:
- On the My tags page, select a tag like <Name of your organization> - <Address of the organization, if specified in Yandex.Business>.

Services and events they transmit information about are listed below. We are continually expanding the list of services. Events are counted from the full and mobile versions of sites, as well as in mobile apps.

If you delete a tag from the list, you will lose access to the statistics it collected. To restore access, you will need to contact support. This is why we do not recommend deleting a tag.
We do not recommend placing these tags on a site, since you will not have access to edit it. This means statistics will be collected incorrectly.

With this goal, Yandex.Metrica tracks clicks on the phone number in the organization's card, as well as taps on the icon in the mobile version of all services that transmit data to the organization's tag.
You can't change the goals of an auto-generated tag.
