User-friendly design
The website design should be user-friendly, easy on the eyes, and not interfere with the perception of information. Ideally, the website’s style should match its theme.
Do not overuse multimedia elements. For example, if a user has a slow internet connection or is in a hurry, they are unlikely to be interested in the Flash animation features of your site. And if a user opens the site at night and loud music suddenly starts playing, they will likely be unpleasantly surprised.
Be courteous towards your users. Give them the option to listen to music or turn it off, watch a video, or go directly to the main content of the site.

The Yandex Metrica Session Replay report can help you analyze user behavior on your site and identify design issues.
