"Chat sources" report
This report helps you find out which traffic sources resulted in chat conversions and which of them were the most effective.
To view the report, go to Reports → Chats → Chat sources.
Ways to use this report
Discover the sources that resulted in chat conversions
In this report, you can find the sources in question as well as general information about chats.
Identify the sources that attracted the users who brought you a specific amount of revenue
To do this, you first need to create a segment:

Find the for people with condition group and click

Choose the Total income condition and specify the amount.
Conditions for getting the report
To get the data, configure transmitting chat information to Yandex Metrica.
Report structure and setup
Data is grouped by traffic source. The metrics presented in the report can be used as segmentation conditions for user sessions.
