"Chats by messengers and tags" report

This report helps you find information about chats by messengers and tags.

To view the report, go to Reports → Chats → Chats by messengers and tags.

Conditions for getting the report

To get the data, configure transmitting chat information to Yandex Metrica.

Report structure and setup

The data is grouped based on the following conditions: the messenger, whether the chat was answered, and the tag. The metrics presented in the report can be used as segmentation conditions for user sessions.
