“Call processing quality” report
This report uses special metrics to determine the quality of call processing. You can view the time the caller spent on hold, the duration of the call, and missed calls.
To view the report, go to Reports → Calls → Call processing quality.
Ways to use this report
Learn if the users who completed the goal call you
To get this data, first create a goal and use it in your report.
Conditions for getting the report
To get the data, you need to configure transmitting call information to Yandex Metrica.
Report structure and setup
The report only contains information about dynamic calls. The metrics presented in the report can be used as segmentation conditions for user sessions.
Note that the report does not support:

dimensions and metrics other than the default ones;

Statistical accuracy of data settings.
