How to enter into a partnership agreement

To become a Yandex Metrica Pro integration partner, submit a request for certification.

Procedure for providing documents

Yandex generates reporting documents automatically. Documents are sent out once a month, no later than five business days from the end of the reporting period.

If your organization has switched to electronic document management, EDM, all documents will only be available in the electronic document management system. Sending by email or Russian Post will become unavailable.

Obtaining original paper documents or their copies

You can order original documents and view the history of settlements with Yandex in Yandex Balance. Log in with the account specified when you entered into the Yandex Metrica Pro agreement.

If you work with us using EDM, you can receive all closing documents only in your EDM operator’s personal account.

How to issue an invoice for payment

Yandex Metrica Pro charges you for services after providing them to you.

At the beginning of each reporting period, a statement of the total amount of the license fee is sent to the partner’s email. The statement includes amounts for all organizations assigned to the partner.

VAT accounting

License fees are not subject to VAT in accordance with subparagraph 26 of paragraph 2 of article 149 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

Cost calculation

The cost is calculated per calendar month. The statement specifies the total amount for all organizations assigned to the partner.

Calculation formula:

Cost per calendar month = (Base cost for up to 500 million hits + Cost for each additional 100 million hits above the base cost) / Number of days per month * Number of days of license usage

For example, you connected a tag to Yandex Metrica Pro on May 17, and the number of hits is 470 million.

Then the cost of the Yandex Metrica Pro package for May is:
Actual = (RUB 300,000 / 31) * 15 = RUB 145,161

How to view cost by client

Download the XLSX file with invoice details in the Yandex Metrica Pro partner’s personal account:

1. Go to the All clients page.
2. Click Invoice details. The Export invoice details window will open.
3. In the dropdown list, select the time period and click Download.
