Centralized management of access to Yandex Metrica tags
Using Yandex Metrica Pro, you can configure access control for multiple users across various tags within your organization.
Who can grant access
- Organization owner: The login you have selected when enabling the Pro package.
- User with access to tag editing.
There are several types of access:
- Edit: The user can manage the tag and edit its settings and access rights.
- Read only: The user can view reports, settings, and access rights to the tag.
Note
Access rights to tags in the Pro package do not affect access to the account.
To configure access rights:

Go to Yandex Metrica.

Go to the PRO account page.

Under Organization tags, click Configure access.

In the Tag access rights window:
- Enter one or more Yandex Metrica tags.
- Choose access type.
- List employee logins to grant access to, separating them by commas. For access, employees must be registered on Yandex and assigned a Yandex ID.
- Specify how to change access rights:
- Edit.
- Read.

Click Save.
Why I can’t set up access rights
- You don’t have edit rights for the tag.
- You haven’t added the tag to the Pro package.
- The provided login is not registered with Yandex.
How to revoke access to a tag
The user will lose access to the tag’s reports and settings. Access can be granted again.

Go to Yandex Metrica.

Go to the PRO account page.

Under Organization tags, click Configure access.

In the Tag access rights window:
- Enter one or more Yandex Metrica tags.
- List employee logins to grant access to, separating them by commas. For access, employees must be registered on Yandex and assigned a Yandex ID.
- Select Revoke access.

Click Save.
