Placing contact information on all pages

You should provide phone number and other contact details (or a link to them) on every page of the website. They should be easily visible, otherwise a visitor ready to call and place an order might not find your contacts and go to your competitors.

To make it easy for your customers to place orders, provide all your contact information: a phone number, email address, Skype ID, ICQ number and other details. Landline phone numbers are generally considered more trustworthy than mobile numbers.

We recommend specifying the exact working hours of the operator and your office so that the client is not greeted by an unanswered call or a closed store door.

If you have self-pickup points, we recommend marking them on the map in the “Contact Information” section. You can create a convenient and intuitive map for the website using the Yandex Maps constructor. You can also indicate how to reach you by public transport and add a photo of the building. This will make it easy for the client to find your store.

Note

A Click map report can help you determine the popularity of the “Contacts” section.
